Pros: La ubicación Cons: El olor a pizza en todo el edificio, la terraza estaba cerrada por un evento privado y no me explicaron nada de los amenities del hotel al checking, la habitación tenía una puerta inhabilitada que conecta con otra habitación Pero se escucha absolutamente todo, muy incómodo
Pros: Excellent location. Large closet in hotel room. Staff and cleanliness. Help with getting a taxi very early when we left. Cons: Would have liked a small fridge in the room . Minimal coffee and tea making facilities for two people. Very high prices at the hotel bar compared to the bar over the road .
Excellent location, traditional venue and great customer service.
Pros: Location was excellent, our first room had no hot water but staff moved us to another room which had no such issues. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious with everything you need. Cons: We tried to visit the Solarium whilst we were there but could never find it open. SUch a shame as it looked amazing.
Excelente ubicación y hotel muy limpio
Pros: Ubicación excelente; Limpieza; Early check-in, luego de un largo vuelo. Cons: Las camas muy malas; Personal femenino en el front desk muy poco empático/servicial (a diferencia de los hombres).
Si buscás buena ubicación es espectacular, punto.
Pros: Que está en pleno corazón de Manhattan y que al ser un hotel pequeño los ascensores llegan rápido gran ventaja vs los que tienen pisos altos. Cons: No tienen heladera en las habitaciones , ni agua, ni en la recepción. Hubo días que no me repusieron el champoo! Eramos dos y nos dejaban para 1….
