Pros: Расположение хорошее, пешком близко до многих достопримечательностей, рядом метро, бульвар, много ресторанов и магазинов. В квартире было чисто при заселении. Cons: Нет лифта, очень узкая, крутая лестница, нет помощи с багажом. Квартиры 6,4 выходят окна на улицу с мусорными баками. С 3 ночи машины и шум мешают спать. Неудобный диван, спать пришлось на полу. Эта квартира очень мала и не подходит для 3 взрослых человек. Нет шкафа для одежды, в шкафу находятся оборудования и ненужные вещи. Посуды очень мало (3 вилки, 1 ложка) Бокалы были грязные. Нет крышки на сковороду и отломаны ручк

Excelente lugar

Pros: La ubicación excelente. Departamento muy completo, cómodo y ubicado en una de las más lindas calle cerca de muchos lugares para comer. El anfitrión muy amable. Cons: Tres pisos por escalera .

Great location, nice apartment, poor experience with management.

Pros: Pros: 1. Location 2. Decent size for 2-3 people. 3. Parking space behind unit available for rent. 4. Washer and dryer, but pretty noisy. 5. Initial communication was great, texted me entry door and apartment door code on arrival day, and check in was seamless. Meh: 1. Pretty clean, but some things were not well maintained (loose shower valve, loose toilet seat). 2. Doubt anyone had cleaned out the lint trap from the dryer for multiple stays. 3. Noise from street and unit above were apparent but not too bad. 4 No elevator. Not an issue for me, but something to keep in
