I absolutely loved the room! We booked the traditional room, and it was so cute! Exactly like the pics, and the whole process was absolutely smooth. The check in was great! It was so easy and simple, nothing complicated. I loved the area it was situated in, literally few minutes walk from the main streets! And so safe :) I would definitely book them again!
The studio apartment was clean, comfortable and served our purpose. The decor was nice. We were quite cold in the room, which has high ceilings but the weather had recently changed from the hot summer to a more autumnal temperature on an evening.

Not good at all
-The sink in the bathroom fills up with water in a second. The pipe under the sink drips water all over the floor because it is blocked. I had to use the towels they left to dry the floor! -Wifi didn't work during my whole stay (2.5 days). I had to buy a data plan on my phone so I can use it as a hotspot and work remotely. - The so-called whatsapp help number doesn't respond in time. - There were two lights in my room, neither was working. I came to the room in the evening and discovered that there was no light. I had to use the torch on my phone to navigate. I texted the whatsapp number, it
