Meet my needs great place for relaxing in the evening and crashing out

Pros: Lovely area clean cosy and comfortable Cons: Did not spend enough time there to really say used it as a base for an event

A very pleasant stay in a cozy cottage in a beautiful setting.

Pros: The host supplied exactly what we requested for breakfast (cereal, fresh fruit, milk, coffee). The area around Fittleworth is beautiful and pleasurable to walk around. The historic building of St. Richard’s Cottages made for an interesting stay also. Cons: The games room (which we wouldn’t have had time make use of) was very musty, and a few of the billiard balls were missing. You would probably need to run a serious dehumidifier to make use of that room, or perform some type of foundation water mitigation. But we understand that it is Avery old building, so it did not affect our app

A real cottage experience

Pros: A nice & clean cottage with a helpful host! Cons: Is advertised for five guests, but is actually more geared to 4 persons. The road next to the cottage was a bit noisy with more traffic than expected. We appeciated the game hall, but it appeared to be a bit worn out.

We enjoyed our stay and travelling around the local area.

Pros: We did not have breakfast, although it was offered. Location was fine but not for the disabled. It was in a good spot as it was close to where we wanted to visit. Cons: Not having a upstairs toilet. Having to park the car at the pub.
