Clean and comfortable, everything I needed was there, close to all facilities.

Pros: Comfortable 1 x bedroom house on ground floor, 5-minute walk to center of Windsor, close to restaurants and bars and Windsor Castle. Cons: I was there during a heatwave and no air-conditioning made it a little uncomfortable at times. The fan provided did not work.

Pros: The location was convenient, communication was good throughout our stay, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. Cons: Unfortunately, the property did not live up to the impression given by the listing photos. It felt much more cluttered, worn, and dated than expected. There was a personal suitcase stored above one of the wardrobes, which seemed out of place and contributed to the feeling that the property had not been fully prepared for guests. Pros: The location was fairly close to the pedestrian street, but it was a longer walk to the castle than 5 mintues. I loved the quaint charming building with easy entry up one small set of stairs. Cons: The wonderfully historic building was (sadly) decorated with modern furniture - stainless steel table with round glass top, tall curved metal lamp with ball shade - did not fit the charm of the building itself. It would have been a great touch to have English pine table/chairs, English pine coffee table, etc. The artwork on the walls was inappropriate. The street noise was loud as the be
