Pros: Location, value for money, bottomless coffee in the morning. Cons: As a return guest I have newer been disappointed always knew exactly what I was going to get. Also notice the upgrades, Sadly I was relocated for one night , no problem, to a another 4 bedroom dorm , the issue was it was more like a downgrade. For the same rate? In my opinion the room was not up to standard, More like the forgotten low budget room. ROME was not build in one day so the saying goes, Please I believe you can do better. Camas espaçosas e privativas. Bom espaço no locker. Quarto organizado e casas de banho ótimas.

Pros: The facilities were clean and well kept after. Staff was okay. Cons: Location- Parking is an issue; struggle to find parking. Had to walk up so many stairs with our luggage. Should at least provide assistance with luggage if they're making us walking up so many stairs. Room only had one extra blanket, in a 3 bed family room. Need to invest in a bit more warm blankets, especially in winter. Rules kept changing during our stay. The one night we were allowed to have dinner in our room, the next we're not allowed to have dinner in our room. Complementary coffee in the morning was horribl
