Pros: Well equipped, lovely toiletries, very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Fluffy towels. Cafes and restaurants nearby. and a short walk into the central CBD Cons: Kitchen cupboards need a bit of attention, but okay for a rental

Excellent place to stay in Perth
Pros: The apartment had everything I needed. Good kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, plus washing machine and balcony. There were plenty of leftovers from previous tenants to provide the basics eg oil, salt, pepper, pasta, rice, red wine vinegar, 2 minute noodles. Small amount of milk is provided. Very close to public transport, the waterfront and wharves. Cons: One of the bins was still full and there were stray hairs in the bath. I also had some difficulty with the lock box opening. Had to have all the numbers at the exact spot to open it and it was difficult to get it all in line.

Fab location, fab little apartment.
Pros: Lovely neat and clean apartment, right in the city. I thought it might be noisy due to location, but in the evenings and overnight it was really peaceful. Great to have a fully equipped kitchen and even laundry facilities. Cons: Nothing
