Great hotel with great location
Hotel was right beside train station and was in middle of all the action and restaurants. Hotel was very nice and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast option was good and tasty. Definitely will stay there again when visiting Venice next time.
The room was a little chilly even on the highest temperature Decor is beautiful, but the shower is difficult to use. The placement is awkward.
Nice hotel next to the train
Cons- Right when we entered the room, we noticed the air conditioning was making a loud rattling sound, the TV wasn’t working, the toilet lid was broken, and the toilet paper holder was broken and on the floor. We notified the front desk immediately and at first she said she had another room, then all of a sudden she didn’t. She said she’d notify maintenance of the problems and they never came either of the two nights we were there. We never heard back from anyone and we were never offered any discounted rate or any amenities. There’s also no elevator or bell service here so we had to haul our
