Pros: All staff are friendly and nice and warm

Pros: All staff are friendly and nice and warm. Although the facilities themselves weren't comfortable sometimes, the staff were always trying to solve problems and warmly listening to any small complaints I had. Cons: Most of my stay, the washbasins and water were either broken or not available due to maintenance, which was a little annoying.
