Too noisy room
Pros: The location is quite good. Cons: There is no window in the room and glasses are not double glazed. You can't sleep overnight due to outsiders noise whole night. Guest kitchen utensils are not clean enough. Beds are too compact but somehow it is comfortable.

Disappointing
Pros: N/a Cons: I had a problem on the check out in the morning at 11 am. The maintenance person in charge of the lift check was quite annoying when I asked to speed up the lift check as ( I have mobility issues after a recent knee replacement ) as I was planning to attend a meeting in Town at 11:30. I did slow down instead of streamlining the process with a upsetting attitude. I have missed my appointment and talk with the hotel manager in charge and will send a formal complaint to the customer care department of the hotel chain.
a very nice hostel for a very reasonable rate.
Pros: i liked almost everything of my stay and would love to come back next time in Brighton. I loved the en suite bathroom. Cons: theres no room to unpack your bag, no table or anything, in the room. Self check in was very chaotic and took a long time, though the guy helped me through it. The app seemed to have a problem with me not living in the country on my passport.
