Pros: The location is excellent

Pros: The location is excellent. Transport nearby - bus and boat. Breakfast is good, but it could be more varied, as it is the same every day. Cons: But the check-in and reception staff are a nightmare. At first, they gave us a room where other people were staying. They couldn't immediately switch us to our room type, so they gave us a temporary one of a lower class and said they would move us in the morning. Cons: Contrary to the information provided in the offer, there is practically no Wi-Fi in the property, which is really surprising in today's times. Pros: Location and river boat to Canary Wharf. Cons: The fire alarms went off multiple times throughout the night, and none of the staff knew why

Pros: Location and river boat to Canary Wharf. Cons: The fire alarms went off multiple times throughout the night, and none of the staff knew why. We were up and down from bed in the early hours of the morning so many times. The next morning, extremely tired, I asked the receptionist what had happened, and he replied, 'I don't know.' There were no fire marshals or staff visible while the hotel was being evacuated.
