A Spacious Downtown 1-bed Suite

the location is great.

Pros: I only like is the location and the view. Cons: Cooking wares are not new, door creaks, no exhaust in the bathroom and kitchen. Beddings are not clean. TV is not working. The sister of the owner is not polite, they asked us to leave right away.

Pros: La posizione fantastica, in pratica è nel centro di Calgary a piedi puoi raggiungere i punti migliori, stupendo lo skyline che si vede dalla finestra, l'appartamento molto accogliente, c'era tutto, cucina attrezzata, bagno pulito. Il divano letto purtroppo non aveva un materasso ma era fatto con i cuscini del divano e quindi scomodo per dormirci. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà nel trovare la corretta scala e per entrare, diciamo un pò macchinoso ma l'host ci ha aiutato. Pros: The location. Cons: The room description stated that this room had air conditioning, but there was no air conditioner at all. As a result, the room became so hot that I woke up from the heat in the morning. The listing was misleading.

Property management was difficult & refused to respond to any guest requests once they had payment

Pros: This property manager was difficult & non responsive to messages/inquiries over 2 weeks ahead of check in. They should be investigated as they did not provide to Booking.com standards of practice. Cons: This property manager is not ethical nor interested in guest service standards . They did not respond to our messages for 2 weeks prior to check in & did not cooperate when Booking team made efforts to communicate guest requests in timely manner. They are crooks
