A Stylish Stay w/ a Queen Bed, Heated Floors.. #24

Great location. Horrendous service. NOT as advertised.

Cons: This property advertises itself as having an elevator. We received a message at exactly check in time saying it was out of service. They provided NO support to make the property accessible. It never was fixed during our entire stay. They simply said that they have no staff on site to provide support. What was supposed to be an accessible building was not accessible. We booked a place with an elevator intentionally. In addition, they advertise a Keurig in room. I messaged to confirm and they said yes. That was false.

Great accommodations! How everything you could want, including a wonderful classic building.

Pros: The communication from the owner was very thorough and helpful. Cons: Nothing.

Great location - easy access to Green Line, restaurants and Trader Joe’s. Plenty of municipal parking lots nearby that offer good price for overnight parking. Room equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and sink.

Nice and cozy

Pros: small and cozy, very walkable to our destinations and/or public transit, clean, heated bathroom floors were very nice Cons: No power to majority of the outlets, couldn’t get the TV to function

Great stay, would repeat.

Pros: Everything was really great! Very clean bathrooms and lots of clean towels were provided. Honestly, worth its prize!! Cons: The soap provided was weird (very greasy type) but hey, its a complimentary functional soap.
