The apartment is in a historical brownstone situation in the heart of Brookline - a trendy, safe and wonderful location.
Pros: Clean building, very cosy, safe and convenient location. Friendly staff that clean daily. No complaints regarding the property itself. Cons: I thought the price of rent for the month was astonishingly high.
Great location and nice area.
Pros: The location was great. Nice area. I had a car and there was lots of parking. Beacon Street was close and that had lots of good dining and a Trader Joe's. Cons: The coffee maker didn't work.

Maverick Suites: Located in Brookline’s Coolidge Corner neighborhood, steps from the exclusive shops, restaurants, and salons, on Harvard Street. The units are extremely well-maintained, hardwood floors, exceptionally clean, great Art, convenient to public transportation and provides laundry facilities.
