No staff contacted me. My client has to clean the toilet and keep the place clean. Poor customer service

Pros: The house is full of bedbugs and filthy; the people living there are alcoholics and potheads. Cons: The place was filthy, and there were bedbugs in my room. I stayed for 14 days hoping for some peace and quiet, but I couldn't even turn off the lights at night for fear the bedbugs would come out. If you don't want to pay money only to have a miserable experience, stay away from this dirty place.

Great value for money in good location for public transport

Pros: House was in a perfect location for our trip with good facilities available. Easily accessible in good area thats roughly 10-15 min from main bus and train lines. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in London on a budget Cons: Only one bathroom to share with all other residents
