Found a nice place to stay not far from Strattford or Warwick
Pros: Friendly staff. Could not do enough for me . Cons: Different cook to my last stay on Monday but only thing was touched eggs were very hard . Otherwise no issues .
Reasonable stay good value
Pros: The food was good although some of breakfast was cold and the eggs overcooked. Burger and fish were good in the evening. Cons: The dining room.was dirty. Very dusty and full of cobwebs and freezing. The air con was on far too cold.
Lovely stay - good value
Pros: Good breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable dining room and bar area . Very good fan in the room to help with heat. Cons: Nothing really at that price range, for the price it is excellent value

Very disappointing
Pros: Freezer broke down. So menu item’s unavailable at dinner and at breakfast At breakfast, t water for tea was put in a flask. Water was not hot enough for tea. No kettle was available to provide boiling water. It was very disappointing. Chef on for Thursday breakfast was not good. EG Poached eggs were hard. On Wednesday no butter was put out for breakfast Cons: Room was hot and stuffy. Window would only open 6 inches. Bathroom was boiling. Hot water tap on bath would not open. Room was very small. Felt like a prison. Television was very small , about 12 inches wide. I couldn’t see
