Beautiful hotel in an excellent location
Pros: Excellent location for exploring Bath. Cons: Could have had a few more drink options on the bar menu.

Design and art in Bath
Pros: The location is perfect in the city center, the interior and design of the rooms is tasteful and comfortable and staff is really nice. I also liked the art on the walls and artist details, so you can contact them. Short parking for vehicle unloading is allowed and long stay parking is close by. It is an ideal location for exploring this beautiful city. Cons: Breakfast room is a little small for the size of hotel and the breakfast itself was not as exuberant as one might expect. But perhaps I was a little bit spoiled by the high standard of the rest of the hotel

We just wanted our bathroom floor cleaned.
We stayed here after it was recommended to us, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was hair on the bathroom floor. We asked multiple times for the bathroom to be cleaned, but it still had not been properly cleaned by the time we checked out. At one point, a cleaner came to the room while we were there. We asked if they could come back while we were out, and the response was, “Well, this is the last thing I need to do before I go home,” while they were on their phone. It made us feel like a very basic cleanliness request was an inconvenience.
