Pros: We didn't have breakfast, my door had a malfunction when I got back in the small hours. The night staff man sorted it very quickly so I could get in my room. Cons: Can't think of anything

A good bed for the price, but lacking in comfort and food nearby

Pros: The room had a decent enough bed, enough storage around to be useful and a functional shower. Access to the building was easy and it was quiet for sleeping. It provided a room to sleep in, which is what I was after for the price point. The staff were lovely, even being able to help with an issue I was having on checking in. Cons: There was a broken wall mounted light over the bed, which unfortunately had exposed wiring. I paid extra for a window with the intention of leaving the curtains slightly so that natural light could wake me, however the window faced into a glass corridor in the h

Pros: Comfortable room with clean linen and towels. The attached fast food restaurant was really welcome to get a bite to eat. Cons: Room without windows that i had was quite hot but they did provide a fan.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful, really welcoming. Cons: The mattress was old, very worn out, the springs of the mattress made noise even if u sit down and made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. The shower is very bad, it took forever for the water to get hot and we turned it up to full but then it suddenly came out burning hot and took nearly ten minutes for it to get back down to a temperature that was usable. The tap in the wash basin was slow running. The tiles in the bathroom are really in a bad condition, as is the under si k furniture too. All in all the room needs
