Worst! Unhelpful staff
Pros: Weve booked it for 8 people but they only gave us 1 room. We mentioned that we have kids staying, but once we arrived at the place we were asked to pay 20 pounds for each kid. They also said they can only get the kids rooms ready after a couple of days. 8 people were expected to stay in one place.. They also refused to refund us after we left because of the conditions. Cons: Weve booked it for 8 people but they only gave us 1 room. We mentioned that we have kids staying, but once we arrived at the place we were asked to pay 20 pounds for each kid. They also said they can only get the kid
