Pros: The amenities are great for extended stays. There are self service options: hydration stations, microwaves, laundry room for guests. Cleaning services are every other day or upon request. Alewife station is within walking distance. Staff are very accommodating and nice! Highly recommended for long stays! Cons: Na

Great place friendly staff
A business travelers' hotel but we were on vacation
Pros: The staff was very nice, especially the two people who were at the front desk for the first two nights we were there. The room had just about everything we needed to get by and the A/C worked well during a humid august stay. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Free coffee (that was actually good) in the lobby every day. Cons: Our window was extremely dirty, so much so that it was gross to look out of. The bathroom was nice and clean but the shower water pressure should be a lot better in a newer hotel. There were not enough drawers - we had to put all our things
