We'd return

Pros: Safe and convenient location. Cons: The elevator would not take us to the.3rd floor which is where our room was. We told the front desk immediately before even going to our room, we took the stairs which we didn't mind but handicapped and elderly folks may have an issue. We went to a Red Sox game and when we returned, it still didn't work, told the front desk again. A few broken lights in our room and the front desk did not answer the phone when we tried to call for information...it rang 20 times, I hung up and tried again and waited 15 rings. Pros: Was een mooie kamer. Cons: Het hotel ligt direct bij de snelweg. Van een redelijk nieuw gebouw zou je mogen kunnen verwachten dat de ramen geïsoleerd zijn. Dit was het überhaupt niet. Het leek er op dat we met ramen open sliepen. Niet te doen. Daarnaast werd de kamer alleen om de dag schoongemaakt, dat is het nieuwe beleid. Echter van een vier sterren hotel mag en kan je dit niet verwachten. Ik boek een hotel voor mijn rust en om te genieten. Anders kan ik net zo goed een hostel boeken.

Nice Hotel, But Not My Favorite Location

The property is clean, new, and modern. Comfortable rooms & really nice staff. I called ahead to request a room facing Whole Foods instead of the highway and they accommodated the request. We also had an excellent check in & check out with Amy. Breakfast is $21 pp and not included for platinum elites. The $25 daily destination fee included one $25 breakfast credit, two T passes, and two tickets up to the View (highly recommend).
