Luxury prices for underwhelming stay

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable Cons: I’ve taken my time to respond to the survey to gather my thoughts. The hotel itself is nice however, we were not notified that we would not have access to the pool on-site and while we were told the other hotel pool we had access to was next door, as well as, access to the beach chairs they were actually two full blocks away, which was difficult for my elderly mother with mobility issues. On top of that, only one elevator was sometimes working and, considering the capacity of the hotel guests and workers, all of whom had to share the one elevator,

Great Stay

Pros: Location Location Location Clean Hotel Bed Slept Well Great place Cons: Do it yourself bell hop service. Luggage carts too small worn. Slow to no hospital from the staff. Well spoken front desk not friendly. The no frills approach is not for me. I need more attentive service providers.

Pros: The hotel facilities are top-notch. Very good location. Cons: The reception staff who speak Spanish without enthusiasm or very curt to provide solutions to inquiries.
