Lovely Time

Pros: Clean, Good location , Friendly Staff Cons: Small rooms, can get a noisey, sometimes you are waiting a while for the lift

Paid more than I expected and should’ve not impressed

Location great . But overnight stay not brilliant. Will consider other hotels on my next stay to see my son at Salford

Pros: Location Cons: Breakfast was poor. Air conditioning unit in room 710 needs looking at . I’ve come home not feeling to great after having the air con on during the evening . Uncomfortable bed and pillows . For the price for the room very disappointed

Great room, go out for breakfast

Pros: Staff Lovely, Room Comfy and clean, as expected from this chain. Cons: Breakfast was terrible. Mushrooms raw, scrambled eggs cold, bacon dry and inedible, sausages clearly precooked and warmed from the fridge. Fried egg cold. Porridge undercooked and very runny. Worst hotel cooked breakfast. Buffet selection was nice and service was great. I did not complain, we simply didnt eat it. A shame because everything else was great.
