Cons: The cleanliness was extremely poor. The room was dirty upon arrival, with hair in the shower and a visibly dirty sink. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. Most concerning was the lack of security and responsiveness at night. During our first night, teenagers were loudly knocking on doors for nearly two hours, and no one at the lobby answered our calls. I reported the incident in person the following day, since I had been unable to reach anyone that night, and the hotel did provide a credit. However, the situation was very unpleasant and concerning, especially from a security standp
