AC Hotel by Marriott Tenerife

Nice stay in the city center for a few days

Pros: Location is amazing- right in the middle of the city; staff is very friendly; parking available (though it is very very narrow). Cons: They could make some upgrades to really feel like a 4 star hotel in the room: no bathrobes for the pool, the bed is a frame on wheels (felt a bit like a hospital bed), only one espresso capsule (we were 2 people), toilet paper could use an upgrade, some of the towels were stained and the bed sheets had some small holes in them, rubber from the shower was peeling off hard and the funniest, we didn’t have a toilet brush.

Excellent location, close to Plaza de España. My car was too large to enter the hotel’s underground parking garage, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful. They not only helped me find a more spacious public underground parking garage nearby, but also recommended some great restaurants in the area. The room facilities were also very new. This was my first stay at an AC Hotel, and I had a great experience.
