Súper ubicación

Pros: El hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado Cons: Me tocó bajar varias veces al lobby a pedir que asearan mi habitación .

I would not stay again, seems like the hotel have been cutting costs at the most

Pros: room size is good, location is great Cons: they do not clean the room really well, the housekeeping service is only done every other day. Staff is really rude when dealing with your delivered packets. Also, they only had one elevator working and at one point no elevator. I had to walk up stairs to the 5th floor, pregnant, carrying all the amazon packages and bags.

I wouldn’t stay again !

Pros: Location Cons: Tv was broken in thr first room , then was moved to a room with 1 king bed for 4 adults and then was moved to a room with 2 queen beds that the ac didn’t work well and made noises all night .

Cons: Un désastre depuis notre arrivé jusqu’à la fin. Vous m’avez enlevé des sommes astronomiques pour la wifi pour des cautions . Et je continu d’être prélever sur mon compte . C’est marquer sur notre réservation que le petit déjeuner est à 15 £ vous nous avez fait payer 24$ plus des taxes

Overall it was a good stay.

The staff at the front desk, at the restaurant and at the rooftop bar were very friendly and nice. The ladies working in housekeeping were not friendly at all. The room was clean and comfortable. However the coffee station inside the room was not fully stocked. Overall it was a good stay.
