Pros: The location is excellent, with wonderful facilities nearby. The customer service staff are warm and welcoming, and they always do their best to accommodate guests’ needs. We always choose to stay here whenever we visit Melbourne. Cons: There’s nothing not to like!
Pros: Great location - easy to get in and out of the CBD.. Not the usual set up for a hotel style booking, but no issues with check in. Cons: Had issues with confirming the booking due to a potential data breach, but this was not the fault of the venue, and they were very helpful with regards to resolving.

Pros: Location, view, comfortable, 2 bathrooms Cons: Bed was hard. This could be improved by just adding a thick mattress topper. I would add a mattress protector on top to preserve the topper
