Accessibility to the beach and shopping areas wonderful staff the front desk greeted us with such enthusiasm. The house keeping team was the best. I will be back next summer we give them a 10 out of 10.

Stayed there for 21 days
Stayed there for 21 days. 3 of those days there was no hot water and 2 of those days no water for the shower due to a main break. This would’ve been fine if they had informed us they were shutting the water down and what time they were going to do it. Otherwise the stay was great which is why I gave 4 stars. The location of the hotel is perfect with dining, shopping and taxi access within steps of the front door.

It’s was dirty , fans were broken we could not use hot tub we were told it was for show and we’re not compensated at all !
