A truly exceptional experience
We had a wonderful stay at Acqualina Resort. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with an exceptional level of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout.
The food was consistently excellent, with high-quality ingredients, great presentation and very good service especially from Conrad and Richard but all the staff was amazing.
A special mention goes to the beach team, who were absolutely fantastic especially Caleb and Francesco. Always attentive, friendly, professional and ready to help, they really made our time at the beach even more enjoyable. Their level of service reflect

The most amazing staff and wonderful hotel
We are locals and decided to do a staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Aqualina . Wow, was it the right decision!!! Yes, the resort is beautiful , the room was so perfect , the beach was beautiful. But by far, the staff was truly what made our trip so incredible . Everywhere we went people made efforts to welcome us, get to know us and to celebrate our anniversary with us. We felt so pampered and taken care of, in a manner that felt genuine and warm. We were left feeling so grateful and so sorry to leave ….but equally eager to go back as soon as possible . Do not hesitate to stay

Avoid for occasions
Ruined valentines - missold a ‘champagne package’ arrived and I as told didn’t have the package. Was sat away from any music/entertainment , every time wanted service (drink, food etc) had to go off on search for staff. Ended up walking out. Concierge kept saying would make good but was offered non transferable pool/beach day which is not so useful given live in building on the beach. After having told me would refund for the additional cost of ‘champagne’ package they insisted I hadn’t ordered but charged me for, they did not. Spent 6 months being mostly ignored by Christian the concierge.
