It was good for our needs, but we definitely got better value and facilities at our hotel in Madrid.

Pros: Good location for Sants station and for Metro. Also nice neighbourhood, Room small, but comfortable. Did not have breakfast - had two evening meals - both were tasty. Cons: No coffee/tea/kettle in room. No decent gym - had to go to proper gym and pay daily fee.
