We loved the stay. Super comfy and nice
Pros: The cleanliness, the staff, everything but a couple of things Cons: The tv didn’t work, and neither did the sink (it was obstructed and water almost didn’t flow, so we left it overnight draining the water from brushing the teeth). Apart from that, everything was excellent

Pros: Breakfast and front desk staff were provided with excellent services Cons: It's too far from the airport. I just want to spend the night in Barcelona to refresh for the next big flight.

Pros: Frühstück: gute Auswahl, gute Qualität, guter Geschmack, Zimmer: entsprach der Vorstellung eines 4 * Hauses Cons: Personal eher unfreundlich u. distanziert. Ich kam tropfnass im Hotel an, dort ließ man mich minutenlang warten, ohne mich nur eines Blickes zu würdigen, während sich 2 Mitarbeiterinnen unterhielten. Ein "one moment please" hätte schon gereicht, um zu wissen, dass man mich wahrgenommen hat. Übrigens, es war kein Andrang an der Rezeption. Beim Check in musste ich aktiv nach der Frühstückszeit fragen. Mir wurde auch nicht mitgeteilt, wo denn der Speisesaal überhaupt ist (im
