the very good review is a bit misleading, go without expectations to avoid disappointment.

Pros: location, right next to the bus stop, designated parking, coop right next door. washing machine was functional, there was a stand to dry, toaster and electric kettle were working, enough waste bin liners were there, cross ventilation was good and space was adequate, tv was working. Cons: the furniture especially sofa and dining table chairs were as old as could be, the sofa cover was extremely dirty and dusty and even on being told no-one cleaned it and just asked for photos. we cleaned it ourselves finally as we could not look at the dirty linen. the kitchen utensils were bare minimum

Cons: I booked at 624 square feet room with french doors opening out onto the courtyard (I have stayed at this property before (4th to 10th July) but I did not get the room I paid for so was dissapointed.

Disappointing stay

Cons: Very disappointing stay. The fire alarm went off between 1:00 and 2:00 a.m., the heating was on despite it being around 30°C outside, and the apartment was unbearably hot. The furniture was old and damaged. The property promised to contact us and resolve the issues but never followed up. I would not recommend staying here.

Pros: The location was perfect for our stay, quite and easy access. The reserved off street parking was great. Cons: The mattress in the double bed was not good at all and there was a rip on the sofa cover.
