Pros: Nothing Cons: My stay at Address Hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far short of five-star standards. In fact, our stay at the 4-star Rotana Hotel in Medina was a wonderful experience that was incomparably better than this one. The location of Address Hotel is inconveniently far from the Haram, and delivery apps do not cover the area, forcing guests to walk long distances to find basic amenities, supermarkets, or restaurants. Clean hotel with fantastic room service, too small double bed causes the uncomfortness.
