Way to hot in the the room the heating was boiling. Kept me up all night. Tried to open the windows but couldn’t. No air

Pros: Well we stayed here before in may and enjoyed it but different experience this time. We like the character of it which is why we returned Cons: Way to hot in the the room the heating was boiling. Kept me up all night. Tried to open the windows but couldn’t. No air at all it was like an oven! And I’m a nesh person but that was awful way to hot called reception to turn it down as you can not operate the heating from the room. They said they’d switch it off which they did not !!!!!

Enjoyable stay…with great memories

On my return I requested a certain room but couldn’t remember the room number.. The person who took my booking remembered us & gave us the right room Thank you for that.. My 86 year old Mum really enjoyed her stay
