Good performances but unpleasant environment
Pros: The Adhara Express was under construction upon our arrival and we were sent to Adhara Cancún. It is a large hotel complex, offering very good services, responsive staff, excellent breakfast. Cons: The hotel is located in the city center, in a very urban, noisy, and unpleasant environment. So, for a night when coming from the airport before continuing, it's okay but I wouldn't stay there any longer.
Total scam, hotel in ruins closed and not advertised, be very careful if you come here because they will never tell you
Pros: I can't say I liked it because it's an absolute scam, this hotel has been closed for months, when you arrive it looks abandoned, in deplorable conditions and only with someone looking after it Cons: They hide that this hotel is no longer in operation because until the last moment they were in contact with the hotel, then they send you to another one on the outskirts where it is impossible to do anything because it is far from everything, you ask for solutions and they refuse to give you any refund or change to another hotel, they are rats
Pros: It is under remodeling and I was not notified and when I arrived to check in, they sent me to the other hotel Adhara Hacienda Cancun. Cons: Overall good with no further comments
