Pros: Super Lage, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ohne Geräusche, bequeme Betten. Cons: Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre kommen und insbesondere im Bad war es nicht sehr sauber.

Posizione centrale vicina ad Alexander Platz, molto comoda per visitare la città. Vicino a stazione S-bahn e U- bahn, supermercato, pub, farmacia ... Ottima struttura. Ci tornerei.

Mostly superb with a minor issue. Will probably return to here.

Pros: Location to trains. Breakfast. Responsiveness of the staff. Washing machine. Drier. Kitchen. Gym. Cons: There were some minor maintenance issues: the fan in the bathroom did not seem to work and it was not fixed. Not a deal breaker but worth noting.

Toujours un accueil et un service impeccables

Pros: Studios avec cuisine très spacieux, et très bon emplacement. C’est pourquoi je reviens si souvent dans cet apart hôtel quand je viens à Berlin. Et le personnel était vraiment particulièrement aimable 😊 Cons: Je ne mets pas un 10 car 2 lumières étaient défectueuses et le réparateur n’a réparé qu’une des 2 et quand je l’ai signalé c’était le week-end. Donc j’ai passé 4 jours sans lumière dans la cuisine ce qui n’est pas pratique. L’hôtel m’a offert un petit déjeuner pour le dédommager.
