Basic hotel in a not so great location
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room fairly large. The staff were nice and helpful. There is a very large shopping centre just around the corner with a supermarket inside. Cons: The heating in the room did not work, the fixed telephone to call reception (yes, some hotels really do still have these!) did not work. The kitchen had the very bare minimum of utensils and plates. There was no breakfast bowl. There was not much lighting in the room. The hotel location is quite near to the main train station (around 10 minutes walk), which is not the best of locations in Frankfurt and is quite u
