Cons: The price on Booking.com included the city tax and all charges, but we were still asked to pay an additional CHF 51 at check-in
Cons: The price on Booking.com included the city tax and all charges, but we were still asked to pay an additional CHF 51 at check-in. We stayed for four nights. On the day of check-out, at around 10:30 AM, a staff member unlocked the apartment door and walked in without knocking or asking for permission, just to tell us to leave. This was a serious invasion of our privacy. We were then charged another CHF 50 for late check-out.
