Superb location, friendly staff
Pros: Perfect location near the Royal Naval College for an event we were attending. Excellent staff, very friendly, looked after our bags the next day while we explored Greenwich before heading home. Plus 20% off food and drinks for guests, which was a bonus. Cons: Not a bad word to say.
We had a nice week in London. Greenwich is a nice neighborhood and a prime location for visiting London.
Pros: Very central location in Greenwich, close to the river, and the small compact center with very nice restaurants and adjacent to the cozy indoor market. The metro station is nearby, with a short half-hour ride to the heart of London. Cons: The rooms were not air-conditioned. We were offered a room on the top floor and it was unbearable despite the large fan. Fortunately, we were offered another room, which had 3 fans. Still too warm, especially in this summer with sometimes tropical temperatures. The windows and window fittings need replacement, sustainability is needed.

Fantastic Location
Pros: Fantastic Location and among the main attractions of Greenwich. Guests enjoy a discount on the menu in the main part of the pub downstairs. Rooms are in the roof so good view from the top. Cons: Needed more ventilation or air conditioning during our long heatwave this summer.
