Hotel in a strategic location, but rooms are quite small
Pros: Structure in a strategic location, for those like me arriving from LHR. With the metro, you can get there in 40 minutes. And you're on the Piccadilly line, practically you can go anywhere. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean. Cons: Rooms are quite small. With 4 people and as many suitcases, we practically couldn't empty them. Little space, and a meager unusable wardrobe. Steep steps to access.

Pros: Good location close to tube station and parking Cons: Very hot, no air conditioning. Lots of steps up to the room. Rooms are quite small and a bit worn.
Nothing was too much trouble, went above and beyond.
Clean, helpful staff, excellent location. I requested an early check-in and it was accommodated. Reception made sure we knew how to get to the stadium. Nothing was too much trouble ☺️
