Hospitality is maintained and hotel is hygienic. This is better than most of the hotels in Georgetown, food is decent ish.

Hôtel pratique et bon niveau mais hors de prix
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur . Le coût de cet hôtel est incroyablement élevé plus de 300 usd pour un best western . En clair il ne faut pas avoir le choix

The hotel would have been great despite a couple of things
The hotel would have been great despite a couple of things. First, service was excellent for the most part. However, the service in the bar and restaurant (upstairs and downstairs) was subpar. Everything about the hotel was overpriced, same with Giraffe Cafe’, but I could deal with it. The price is the price. That said, it felt very much dishonest with the way they converted my US dollars. And the rooftop bar was running what amounted to a scam when serving drinks.
