I will not book again or recommend this hotel to family or friends

Pros: Bed sheets was clean Cons: Room in need of refurbishing Paintwork and walls very poor and bathroom

Lovely hotel for the price and did the job we needed.

Pros: Easy arrival/fast and grate engagement. plenty off parking. Are room was basic but we paid a basic price. Cons: Dirty towels & trays with crockery on outside doors of other rooms in the hall for 12h. They were there when we arrived and still there when we vacated, passable fire/safety breach.

It was ok. It met our needs, but it wasn't top tier.

Pros: They were able to accommodate us on short notice, and the price was fair. The facility looked like the images on Booking.com. Breakfast was included. We thought we were getting a good deal. Cons: Everything had a price on it. We booked because we wanted a pool, but you had to pay extra for that or the gym. Also, we needed the airport shuttle. That also had to be paid for. Difficult to get our bags up the stairs, as there were no elevators. The toilet barely flushed. We couldn't get an early check in. We walked about 1 mile to eat while we waited for check in.

GOOD PRICE BUT POOR STAFF ATTITUDE

Pros: Location price Cons: Staff attitude and behaviour was poor and the bed was very uncomfortable and staff would not help at all

Pros: Lovely clean room. Polite helpful staff. Nice food. Outdoor seating area. Nice for summer evenings. Cons: There wasn't anything that I didn't like
