Airport Traveller's Inn

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, the room we reserved for my family was not available. We had specifically booked a room with three queen beds, but instead were given two rooms with double beds, which was not comfortable for my family. We were then offered two king suites, but unfortunately, the issues continued: One of the rooms had a strong mold smell. The bed sheets had visible stains. Under the bed, we found a used condom, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness. There was no bed cover fo

Bathroom was plugged, lever for sink, hot, cold fell off... there was blood on the top blanket... there is a 1.5-inch gap under the door... I believe there were hookers working out of there. TV only had 1 channel... we paid but left after we saw all this stuff, didn't feel safe there... lost out on rent money...

Elevator not too convenient. Walked to the opposite end from the office. It was quite dirty and needed repair. Breakfast was not overly good as there was no juice and margarine in a tub for toast. Went to pick up a banana and the fruit flies were disgusting. Room was clean but lacked a suitcase bench and there was no clock in the room. TV was good.

Terrible

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Extremely hot. Lights weren't working at one point. Terrible free breakfast, just toast. No trash can in the bathroom.

Not worth it

When I first got in the staff lady gave me attitude and I went in my room I went to the washroom the flusher won't flush only if you hold the flusher and there are stains on the bathroom walls not from me and I made a review before I checked out and they asked me questions why I said this why I said that... It's how I was experienced never again in this hotel
