1 mile from LaGuardia it’s old. Bare bones. But cheap. I had clean sheets, ac worked, I had hot water. No bed bugs.

Cheaper than other hotels in the area, but still not worth the price.

Pros: The location was great and it super close to the airport, which was why we were staying. The price was also quite low, however if this location is more than $100 a night it’s not worth it. Cons: The bed did not have a fitted sheet, instead it just had a flat top sheet covering the mattress which moved easily in the night and exposed the mattress. There also was no comforter on the bed. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom. The floors were extremely sticky. The elevator was very sketchy and the inspection is not posted, you have to ask for it. Gross and overpriced

Pros: Nothing. Cons: Disgusting and filthy. The shower had mold. Who knows when the last time the window sills were cleaned and there was mold around the window. Sticky stains on the carpet and some liquid stains on the furniture. The towels were dirty. And there were urine stains around the base of the commode. Haphazard construction and overall it looked like a flop house. I can't believe this place is allowed to be on booking. A minimum standard should be mandatory.
