AK Serviced Apartments - Exclusive Two-Bedroom Apartment

NO AIR CON, falsely advertised, no garden view, filthy. Don’t stay!

Pros: It was close to the University The size of property was good with 2 bedrooms and living room Cons: Check in process, I had to message several times before receiving the keypad code which eventually was given after my agreed check in time.(3pm) The key for the inside door is difficult to use. The flat is ridiculously hot with NO AIR CONDITIONING as repeatedly advertised. One non working fan was provided. After several more text messages, initially the landlord stating the air con had leaked sometime ago and taken out-nothing more he could do. I complained it was falsely advertised and

Poor value for money and not much attention to detail.

Cons: Internet not working. Wardrobe sliding doors in one bedroom wouldn’t open. Each individual vertical blind strip in the other bedroom had to be turned by hand as the cord was missing. Couldn’t turn the tv on with remote. Not the nicest area and difficult to find daytime parking. For £120 a night we expected a lot more.

Not Worth It – Cleanliness and WiFi Issues

Pros: The apartment had a decent amount of space with two bedrooms, which could be suitable for groups or families. Cons: Cleanliness was a major issue — the fridge was dirty on arrival, which was unacceptable. The towels provided were old and rough and should be replaced. The WiFi signal was either very weak or not working at all, making it difficult to stay connected during the stay. Customer service was also very poor. I contacted the help desk by email regarding early check in but did not receive any response, which was frustrating and unprofessional.

Pros: In walking distance to the city and facilities nearby Cons: Not well equipped and the surrounding is full garbage (street in front of the apartment)
