Pros: Property is located at a mud point place in palolem Cons: There was no TV and also the AC in our room was not working. We shifted in a better room the next day for which they took a lot of time

Pros: The location was good. The reception staff was very nice.The rooms were clean and well maintained. Cons: The canteen staff was not welcoming and eventhough the breakfast was complimentary but it was very limited so we had to pay extra to order more food.There was a lot of waiting time to receive our order.

Need to Change some Policies
Bad Experience, No working Internet, In Room no Mineral water bottles, Room Leakages, No Intercom Facilities , Only Extra charges they Love, No Driver Accommodation facilities for common room, Always say Management Policy

It was a very beautiful and comfortable stay and worth every penny
Pros: It was very very beautiful and peaceful and the staff was very kind, polite and helpful too Cons: The only thing i didn’t like that due to rainy season there were a lot of insects which sometimes crawl inside the room
