Pros: The staff was very nice
Pros: The staff was very nice. I had broken my hand and was very supported during breakfast. There was a large bottle of chilled water every day. I had forgotten something in the hotel room. It was promptly sent to my next holiday destination. Cons: A fridge in the room would have been good. But as mentioned, there was cold water provided by the hotel every day.
We were very happy with this special accommodation and warmly welcomed.

The hotel is extremely well located with buses and trams at the doorstep allowing you to see all the distant tourist attractions like the exceptional Royal Palace of Venaria
The hotel is extremely well located with buses and trams at the doorstep allowing you to see all the distant tourist attractions like the exceptional Royal Palace of Venaria. The historic city center of Turin is easily reachable on foot from the hotel, which is welcome because the public transport system is very complicated to understand. The old and authentic architecture with its original decoration is really pleasant. The restaurant is excellent, as well as the breakfast. We were very well informed about transportation and places to visit. Very kind and helpful staff who speak French
Characterful Hotel
Pros: This was a lovely little hotel with a lot of character from the traditional bar and restaurant to the original artworks in the rooms and corridors. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Cons: The area the hotel was in was a little off-putting. It seemed to be in an immigrant area with quite a bit of litter and graffiti in the surrounding area. However, I would recommend not letting that deter you as the hotel itself was lovely and not far to walk to the historic parts of Turin.
