Pros: Loved the hotel itself! Really beautiful building and rooms with very quiet surroundings. . Cons: It could do with having more/ better english TV channels and some modernisation. The spa facilities are rather dated The lack of a kitchen and restaurant is quite palpable and if you don't mind just having someone to rest and have a very basic/ nothing special breakfast (self serving machine/ horredndous scrambled eggs etc) and not much of a minibar or evening bar at the hotel this is the place for you. Pros: The property was excellent Cons: The internet was poor for the whole stay which put a dampener on the stay unfortunately. Very frustrating for a 5 star hotel with 24hr reception desk and butler style service !!

Quirky and fun hotel

Pros: It’s got a lot of character and feels very homely while still being a high quality hotel with excellent service. The location is very good as easy to get to Prague Castle, a short walk to Charles Bridge and the nearest metro is also a short walk away, but the area is very quiet, peaceful and feels tucked away from the busy tourist areas. The staff went above and beyond to provide a great service, the free wine and cheese evenings were a lovely touch and as only a few guests stay at a time you feel very privileged and taken care of. Pros: What was there not to like! The staff, accommodations and great location were all ideal and made our stay perfect!! Cons: We loved this place and will return again someday. We would recommend to anyone we know that is visiting Prague.
