Spacious, well-situated apartment with a few drawbacks

Pros: Great location, close to Tube. Spacious, bright apartment, friendly decor, two bathrooms, hairdryer and ironing board, small shops for essential shopping nearby. Cons: Most windows could not be opened, it was hot and stuffy.... No power outlets, weak light, and no ventilation in the bathroom. Very matter-of-fact communication with the host, Continuous background noise in the rear area to the bedrooms, we still slept well... Entrance to the house is dirty, then it gets clean, so don't be alarmed...

Top-notch apartment 👌 spacious for 2 couples (2 bathrooms) and very well located for arrivals/departures at Stansted airport. A very welcoming host and very good advice. A precious property of very good value for money. I will come back!

Excellent location, helpful owner but... services can be improved

Pros: Excellent location, the area is quite safe. A 5-minute walk takes you to the metro which offers many connections to the city center and beyond (we stayed for a congress at the eXcel and the choice of accommodation was strategic both for getting around the city and reaching the congress). Cons: The house lacked a bit of cleanliness, no power outlets in the bathroom for the hairdryer. There was no full-length mirror and only one towel was provided.

Value for money

Well-managed clean property. Close to Whitechapel and Aldgate underground. All facilities work well.
