Discovered the room had bed bugs after one night and we were only given a partial refund when a full refund was necessary.

Was a great stay up until the next morning we found bed bugs and had bites all over
Was a great stay up until the next morning we found bed bugs and had bites all over. Showed the manger/owner the bugs crawling around and all he could say was he was sorry and left. Upon packing our things and going to check out he could only offer a partial refund….not even half, when a full refund was necessary. Service was fine until that point. Purely disgusted with the bed bugs.

This hotel has recently changed hands and has been refurbished throughout to a good standard
This hotel has recently changed hands and has been refurbished throughout to a good standard. The staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful. The location is really convenient for the beach (which is directly opposite) Devonshire Park Tennis, theatres and Winter Garden - all just a short walk away. Several good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
